About Stacy Jones

Stacy is an innovative leader and has a passion to help others develop the mindset, strategy and processes needed for them to succeed. Stacy takes great pride in her mentorship of business leaders throughout the real estate industry; from c-level execs to top producing brokers and teams. Her strategic roadmapping to drive strategic business results for individuals, companies and brands that all can be proud of is ultimately her personal goal. 

Stacy has been acknowledged by her industry, her leadership and her business acumen over the 20+ years in the real estate industry with various appointments and and honors including; Puget Sound Business Journal’s “Women of Influence” in 2020, the National Association of Home Builders “Regional Marketing Director of the Year” in 2007 and in 2018 she was invited to join the prestigious “The International Women’s Forum” exclusively for women C-suite leaders worldwide. 

Stacy co-founded Realogics Inc in 2003, a multi-family high-rise consultancy that is responsible for the sellout of over 20 new construction condominium projects. In 2009, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty was launched and as the co-owner she transformed a boutique brokerage of a half dozen brokers to one of the top 1% producing brokerages within the Sotheby’s International Realty franchise. Stacy has worked with numerous real estate brands including Sotheby’s International Realty, Compass, The Agency and others. 

As an entrepreneur, business owner, mentor and industry leader; Stacy is frequently asked to speak or moderate in national events, featured in the media with her insights and often sought out for re-imaging the next generation of the real estate industry with leaders from all brands.
