What really stood out to us is that Raymond made us feel as if we were his sole clients. He accommodated our schedules to view homes on short notice and quickly communicated with us via phone, text message and email. This involved chatting early in the morning and late at night. He ensured that we were well-informed about the city, neighborhood, builder etc of each home we considered. He gave us tools to evaluate crime and school ratings. Raymond learned our preferences for home location, floor plan and decor. He made sure that we didn't compromise on what we wanted. He gently pointed out things we might not be aware of.
